The Uwchlan Township Environmental Advisory Commission heard a presentation from Rockwell Downingtown LLC on a proposed development and associated conservation easement on approximately 50 acres along Lionville Station Road. Rockwell will work with French & Pickering Creek Trust to negotiate the easement terms and return to the Commission for ongoing input.
