North Plains is considering Resolution 2348 to approve Amendment 7 to its intergovernmental agreement with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office for police services from July 1, 2026 through Fiscal Year 2027, maintaining a staff level of one sergeant and two deputies. The action would continue contracted law enforcement coverage for the city without changing service levels.
