Monroe County Community School Corporation Awards Food Services Contract to New Hope for Families (March 2026)

Aggregate Early Childhood Education Program Payments not to exceed $60,000 per twelve (12) month contract year; per-student payments of $4,000, $6,000, or $8,000 (or $8,000 minus CCDF/On My Way Pre-K funds) for pre-k students based on family income, and up to $1,000 per month (or $1,000 minus CCDF) for preschool students for up to twelve (12) months each calendar year

Agreement made as of March 13, 2026; expires on July 1 in the year following the last signature date and automatically renews in twelve (12) month increments unless terminated on or before March 1 of the year of expiration; will not extend beyond 2031

Agreement expires on July 1 in the year following the last date signed by the parties and will automatically renew in twelve-month increments unless either party provides written notice of termination on or before March 1 of the year the agreement expires; in all cases, the agreement may not extend beyond 2031. Continuation is also subject to annual MCCSC appropriations and provider’s ongoing compliance with eligibility and operating requirements.
