Sunnydale Phase 4 demolition and fencing agreement

The Housing Authority Board will consider authorizing the Acting Executive Director to execute a construction license agreement with Sunnydale Phase 4 Infrastructure LLC for demolition and fencing work related to multiple phases of the Sunnydale/Velasco Revitalization Project. The agreement would allow removal of existing buildings in Phases 2A and 2B and installation of fencing around structures in Phases 2C, 3A, and 3B.
