The Board will approve and ratify a $359,951 revenue agreement with the California State Water Resources Control Board to support the County’s Beach and Bay Water Quality Monitoring Program for July 1, 2025 through August 15, 2026. The agreement partially funds the $805,605 program, with the remaining costs covered by Health Realignment revenue and General Purpose Revenue.
