By adopting the first amendment to its 2018 development agreement, the Alamar Community Facilities District Board added North America Sekisui House, LLC as a jointly liable indemnitor and guarantor in place of Brookfield Residential (Arizona) LLC. The amendment updates the responsible private parties without changing the underlying public infrastructure financing terms.
