Services to be completed within eight (8) months of the date of the Agreement, with termination one year from date of Substantial Completion if construction proceeds under later agreements

Agreement provides that if services extend beyond eight months from the Agreement date through no fault of the Construction Manager, further services are treated and compensated as Additional Services. Except as otherwise provided, the Agreement terminates one year from the date of Substantial Completion for any project proceeding under this arrangement.
