Initial term runs July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. District has sole discretion to extend the agreement in periods of up to one year each, not to exceed a maximum total term of five years. After the initial term and any extensions, the not-to-exceed amount may be adjusted annually by written amendment, subject to documented CPI changes for the San Francisco Metropolitan Area capped at 3% and due to the Director of Procurement by February 15 preceding an adjustment. District has no obligation to renew or extend beyond the stated term.
