The City of Pasco intends to approve Amendment No. 6 to its professional services agreement with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. for Butterfield Water Treatment Plant improvements. The amendment, not to exceed $2,020,000.00, will fund final design of early works, pilot testing, and planning for a new greenfield treatment plant site through 2028.
