Initial term of one (1) year beginning on the date of signature, with automatic renewal for two (2) additional one-year terms unless either party provides 90 days’ written notice before the end of the current term

Initial one-year term beginning on the date of signature, with automatic renewal for two additional one-year terms unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before the end of the then-current term. Either party may also terminate the MOU with 120 days’ written notice, subject to cure provisions and allowing enrolled students to complete courses.
