Effective upon execution and remaining in effect until completion and acceptance of the CELMP for McIntosh Preserve and Zach Tract, unless earlier terminated

MOU may be amended by written agreement of both parties and may be terminated by either party with thirty days written notice. It remains in effect until completion and acceptance of the CELMP unless terminated earlier.

Agreement
