Council approved an interlocal agreement with HARRIS COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT and appropriated $10,000,000.00 for the Taylor Gully Channel Conveyance Improvements Project. HCFCD will manage construction to upgrade the channel to a 100-year level of service and reduce flood risk.
