Great Lakes Management continues senior housing operations

Anoka County HRA continues its contract with Great Lakes Management to operate and manage four senior housing apartment buildings, including preparing proposed 2027 operating budgets and implementing rent and operating assumptions. The management agreement covers day-to-day operations and budgeting support for the Willows, Savannah Oaks, Chauncey Barett Gardens, and the Oaks of Lake George.
