Regional IT consortium agreement for SPARCC services

Sandy Valley Local Schools and other participating districts entered into a Program Agreement with SPARCC, operated under the Stark County Schools Council, to jointly acquire, manage, and maintain shared information technology and computer system services. Members and affiliates agree to fund SPARCC’s operating and capital costs on an ongoing basis and to abide by withdrawal, inclusion, and governance provisions.

Indefinite term beginning upon execution by at least a majority of listed Members; continues until terminated per Section 9

Renewal

Agreement is intended to continue indefinitely; members may withdraw with 12 months’ written notice and continued payment of their proportional costs through the fiscal year of withdrawal. The Agreement may be amended by a two‑thirds vote of the Assembly and may terminate if a majority of participating boards withdraw and the Council elects not to continue SPARCC as a program.
