The City of Stevens Point plans to enter a three-year lease with Northward Adventures to provide recreation rentals and concession services at Iverson and Bukolt Parks from June 1, 2026 through December 31, 2029. Northward Adventures will pay seasonal monthly rent, 5% of net profits, and all utility costs while operating in otherwise vacant park buildings.
