As part of the Linden Avenue annexation request, Northsal Holdings, LLC joined in a commitment for a $1,000 per year, ten-year in-lieu-of-tax payment to the Town of Pittsford if the annexation proceeds. The payments are intended to offset the Town’s modest loss of annual property tax revenue.
