Contract automatically renews on a month-to-month basis after June 30, 2028, until terminated by either party with written notice. Termination requires thirty days’ written notice for cause. On termination, attorney may continue collection efforts on pending litigation for twelve months and receive compensation as if contract had not been terminated.
