EAST RAMAPO CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT (SPRING VALLEY) Awards Professional Services Contract to Community Education Center (August 2026)

Various rate-based amounts; administrative fees of 5% of nonpublic Title I and Title II allocations and 2% of nonpublic Title III and Title IV allocations; not to exceed $330,000 per year for three Title I Educational Supervisors, $100,000 per year for one Title III Educational Supervisor, $60,000 per year for one Title II Facilitator, $60,000 per year for one Title IV Facilitator, Teacher Resource Center materials not to exceed $25,000 and staffing not to exceed $30,000 annually, Learning Communities Initiative not to exceed $30,000 annually, data system not to exceed $50,000 per contract year, plus hourly rates and a 13.5% benefits/taxes surcharge on salaries

Initial term runs from 2026-09-01 through 2029-08-31, subject each year to Superintendent recommendation, Audit Committee review, and final Board of Education approval, and contingent on receipt of sufficient Title I, II, III, and IV grant funds. Contract may be terminated early by CEC with 90 days’ written notice or by the District with 30 days’ written notice. All rates in the cost proposal remain fixed for the duration of the contract; any amendments or extensions must be in writing and signed by both parties.
