The Raytown Board of Aldermen approved a First Amendment to the tower lease agreement with Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless for the self-supporting tower at 10000 East 59th Street. The amendment extends the lease with six additional five-year renewal terms, updates assignment and notice provisions, and keeps the existing rent escalation schedule in place.
