The Three Lakes Water and Sanitation District Board approved a loan agreement with the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority for up to $1,774,639 at an interest rate not to exceed 3.25%. The financing, evidenced by a governmental agency bond maturing no later than December 31, 2050, will fund heat trace replacement and related wastewater system improvements.
