City of Ashland Awards Labor Agreement Contract to Liuna Local 737 (August 2025)

The City of Ashland approved a three-year labor agreement with IBEW Electrical Union Local 659, the IBEW Clerical/Technical union, and the LiUNA local union, effective July 1, 2025. This agreement includes adoption of a new salary schedule based on average market rates, a 2% cost-of-living adjustment in FY27 and FY28, and an increase of 0.5% to VEBA health reimbursement arrangement (HRA).
