The Richmond City Council will consider amending the existing three-year service agreement with Lyft, Inc. for ride-hailing transportation for ambulatory paratransit clients by removing $200,000 annual funding limits, increasing the total not-to-exceed amount to $920,000, and boosting each of the two one-year extension options to $360,000 per year.
