Description
Washington County Commissioners Court will consider an interlocal agreement with Austin, Fayette, and Lee Counties to share costs of a DPS drug analyst assigned to crime lab services. Under the agreement, Washington County pays DPS and the other counties, including Austin County, reimburse based on their three-year average caseload.
