The Town of Hertford entered into a five-year Memorandum of Understanding with The Hertford State Theatre Foundation, Inc. to coordinate fundraising and support for restoration and operations of the historic Hertford State Theatre. The Town maintains ownership and core operational responsibility while the Foundation funds equipment, furnishings, and programming enhancements.
