Agreement covers a 24‑month Pilot Period, after which continuation of services requires a new agreement. Annual Total Expense Budget and OIHCD’s monthly payments after 2026 must be approved through each Party’s regular budget process and may be adjusted by written amendment, including in response to Outside Program Income. OIHCD may terminate for convenience with 90 days’ written notice or for cause/impasse under specified conditions.
