TECHNOLOGY

Commences upon start of services or execution, whichever is earlier; terminates upon mutual agreement or as otherwise terminated under Section V

Contract term is open-ended, beginning upon start of services or execution and continuing until mutual agreement to terminate or termination under funding/statutory or breach provisions. Either party may terminate with 60 days’ written notice, and if the district terminates for reasons other than funding, lack of authority, or UTRGV breach, it must reimburse UTRGV for any negotiated termination-related costs. Future changes to scope, pricing, or cost recovery will be handled via written scope of work changes or addenda signed by both parties.
