Franklin County contracts with Brushton-Moira for preschool services

Franklin County entered into a 2026–2027 contract with Brushton-Moira Central School District to provide preschool special education services for children with disabilities under Education Law section 4410. The County will reimburse the district at state-approved tuition, evaluation, maintenance, related service, and Medicaid-eligible rates, with all Medicaid reimbursements reassigned to Franklin County.
