This is a new three-year agreement following a prior contract that expires June 30, 2026. Annual charges for FY 2027-28 and FY 2028-29 will be adjusted based on the California DIR CPI for all Urban Consumers up to a maximum of 10%. Any increase in the maximum contract amount due to pro-rata share changes must be implemented by amendment.
