Summit County Council approved an intergovernmental cooperative agreement with Cuyahoga County for the Vaughn/Highland Roadway and Cuyahoga River Bridge Improvement Project, with Summit County’s share estimated at $2.3 million of the $7.2 million total project cost. Cuyahoga County will bid the project and oversee construction administration and inspection services as part of the joint effort to reduce roadway flooding and replace the bridge.
