The Keene School Board formally rejected Winchester’s proposed variable tuition agreement, ending Keene High School’s role as a choice school for future Winchester students while allowing currently enrolled Winchester students to graduate by 2029. This decision terminates any new tuition-based enrollment from Winchester to Keene.
