The City of Santa Barbara will execute Amendment No. 1 to its MOU with the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments to reduce SB 1-related grant funding for the Eastside Active Transportation Improvements Project pre-construction phases by $347,300, from $1,023,000 to $675,700. The adjustment reflects lower than projected design and environmental costs while keeping sufficient appropriations in the Streets Grant Capital Fund.
