The School Board will approve a second amendment to the charter contract with Southwest Charter Foundation, Inc., d/b/a Innovation Preparatory Academy of South Fort Myers, to expand from a K–8 to a K–12 model. Beginning in 2026–2027, the school will add grade 9 and phase in additional high school grades under the existing charter framework.
