Description

Montgomery County MUD No. 99 executed a supplemental agreement with the San Jacinto River Authority to increase its annual surface water allotment to a maximum of 373,176,000 gallons, effective September 1, 2026. In return, the district guarantees pumpage fee payments on at least 325,000,000 gallons of groundwater per year to cover incremental project costs.
