Initial term runs through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for two additional three-year terms by written mutual consent. Prior to each renewal, the parties will renegotiate the annual reimbursement amount in writing, and the existing invoicing schedule of December 1 and June 1 will continue if renewed. Agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice, subject to specified cost responsibilities.
