City Plans Agreement With Star Water For Water Project

La Habra Heights City Council approved participation in the Los Angeles County Safe, Clean Water Regional Program and directed staff to draft a future agreement with Star Water for a park demonstration project. The agreement will return to Council for approval before the transfer agreement with the Los Angeles County Flood Control District is executed.
