Polk County Public Health proposed a three-year School Health Services Agreement with the Win-E-Mac Independent School District from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. The contract caps nurse hours at 415 per school year and sets hourly rates starting at $60 in 2026 and rising to $78 by 2029.
