Santa Clara MOU Sends PEG Fees to Utah Tech

Santa Clara City is considering a Memorandum of Understanding with Utah Tech University under which Utah Tech will operate the city’s PEG access television channel. Under the draft MOU, Utah Tech would receive the $1.00 per video subscriber PEG fee collected by TDS Cable from June 2025 forward to fund PEG programming and related broadcast media activities for an initial five-year term with automatic renewals.
