Chehalis previously executed an August 2024 development agreement with RE Bennett, LLC to defer but secure reconstruction of SW 2nd Street tied to redevelopment of former school properties. A new agreement under consideration would transfer those public improvement obligations to Christ Covenant Church and formally release RE Bennett, LLC from the prior contract.
