Abilene Independent School District has executed a Personal Property Donation Agreement transferring ownership of six surplus sculptures to Abilene Heritage Square, Inc. The nonprofit will use, maintain, and publicly display the artwork in support of charitable and educational purposes benefiting the District’s students and community, with no compensation paid to the District.
