The Village of Franklin Park approved Ordinance 2526-G entering into a $58,000.00 Professional Services Agreement with Smith LaSalle, Incorporated for the 2025 Lead Service Replacement Program. Smith LaSalle will provide up to 600 hours of staff time to develop a removal and replacement plan for about 3,000 lead water services in the Village.
