Village of Tarrytown Planning Board Meeting Agenda 2026-06-22

The Planning Board will hear a proposal from 303 South Broadway Building Company LLC for a zoning amendment and site plan approval to convert an existing office building into roughly 320 residential units, add a parking deck and an 8-story addition, and incorporate approximately 4,700 square feet of retail space at 303 South Broadway. This represents a major adaptive reuse and mixed-use development project.
