TESD joins Colorado River transportation consortium

Topock Elementary School District is entering an intergovernmental agreement with Bullhead City School District and Colorado River Union High School District to participate in a shared student transportation consortium from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. TESD will obtain mechanical services on an as-needed, per-incident invoiced basis while keeping separate funding responsibility for its own vehicles.
