City and Housing Authority MOU for Gilpin Redevelopment

The Land Use, Housing and Transportation Standing Committee recommended approval of a memorandum of understanding between the City of Richmond and the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority to define roles in redeveloping the Gilpin Court housing community. The resolution also authorizes similar MOUs for future public housing redevelopment projects.
