The Town of Ocean City continues to work with Fisher Architecture for the design and development of the Racquet Center Redevelopment project. Design documents are being finalized for a July 2026 bid, as authorized by the City Council and per adopted Resolution 2026-12. Bond proceeds will reimburse up to $145,000 in design costs.
