Description

Richmond County is considering a three-year marketing agreement with Utility Service Partners Private Label, Inc., d/b/a Service Line Warranties of America, to offer optional water, sewer, and interior plumbing warranty plans to residents. The County would license its name and logo for marketing in exchange for an annual license fee equal to 10% of net plan revenues. The County will not be responsible for service or claims under the private warranty contracts.
