The City of Poulsbo is asked to approve Amendment No. 03 to its Recovery Services contract with the Washington State Health Care Authority, extending the agreement through June 30, 2027 and increasing total compensation to $733,836.66. The $242,837 in new funding, including $100,000 from a legislative proviso, will support Recovery Café and Recovery Center peer-run services for individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
