Three (3) years from Effective Date, with option for one (1) additional year extension by Owner with written notice

Initial term is three years from the Effective Date; the Owner may extend the Agreement for one additional year by providing at least sixty days’ written notice before expiration. Labor rate schedule in Exhibit C is explicitly effective June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027 and may be revised after 30 days for commodity changes per the proposal language.
