Cottage Health Pledges $1.5M for Careers Academy Naming Rights

Renewal
Naming rights are effective upon signing and remain in effect for 20 years after the Funding Term concludes, then automatically renew for successive five-year periods unless earlier terminated or the parties mutually agree in writing not to renew before the end of the then-current term. Unpaid installments not triggered by completion of milestones by December 31, 2029 expire unless extended by mutual written agreement; the agreement may also be terminated for material breach, reputational issues under Section 5.4, or by notice prior to the expiration of a naming rights term, with unspent or uncommitted funds returned to Cottage.
