Agreement becomes effective August 1, 2026 and remains in force until terminated by mutual agreement; per-student daily rates and fees are set for the 2026-2027 school year and may be adjusted in future years by the Academy Governance Board. Administrative cost reimbursement is at the TEA-approved unrestricted indirect cost rate for each fiscal year.
