TECHNOLOGY

36 months minimum term starting first day of month following Effective Date, with automatic 12‑month renewal terms thereafter

Minimum term is 36 months from the first day of the month following the Effective Date. After the minimum term, the subscription automatically renews for successive 12‑month terms unless either party gives at least 30 days’ prior written notice of non‑renewal. Thomson Reuters will give at least 60 days’ notice of any change to annual charges before each renewal term; cancellation for non‑availability of government funds is permitted with 30 days’ notice and official documentation.
